At Her Bloom Ria Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging
- Some products (e.g., skincare and supplements) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (for size or color), contact us within 7 days of delivery.
